I have gone through TWO Droplettes now. Their customers service is horrible. Both quit misting shortly after getting them. Definitely not worth it!

I have, I think, 10 Sonos speakers. It might be a few more. Big caveat on my comment — I don’t own the Roam — but I have loved all of them except one. It was a Move speaker that had connection problems like you described. But I have more than one Move. And the others work amazingly well. If it’s still under warranty, I’d suggest replacing it. It might be a lemon.
