I do it at the end of the year, looking back at the camera roll on my phone and writing based on the photos I took each month. It’s such a good way to reflect on all that’s happened—I definitely recommend doing it!

I’ve been reading since 2010 or 2011 and am so grateful for how much of your life and journey you share. I have to go off a medicine I’ve been using for an autoimmune disease this coming spring, and I have also wanted to wean down my SSRI and maybe my Adderall, so this is such a great reminder of how much we really can manage in our bodies by treating them with love and respect.
