I’m glad this post was helpful, Lucy! It does take some persistence to find what you’re looking for. If you’re just wanting to browse random things, search for a word/phrase like “vintage” or “MCM” or “brand new” – or whatever you enjoy looking for. If you’re looking for something specific, try as many variations on your description as possible – and adjust the filters to hone in further. Good luck and have fun!

I’ve always been reticent about shopping on Facebook Marketplace, maybe because the things I usually see on there are not the best quality, but you might just have convinced me to give it a try… I think it definitely works for furniture and decor!

YES! Ever since March, my husband and I have found SO MANY cool Facebookmarketplace finds. It still blows my mind. We have even sold a few things here and there and have met insanely cool people!

One man who purchased our old TV is a professional organ player. A woman who recently purchased our unopened Muppets Monopoly game is a Kermit the Frog collector! SO COOL.

We just purchased an older couple’s cabinet and they gave us an amazing life story. Who would have guessed?!
